Maintenance Electricians are in charge of constructing, maintaining, and monitoring electrical systems in factories and industries. They are in charge of doing routine equipment checks. If the working circumstances are unacceptable, they must make immediate repairs or arrange for the equipment to be replaced.
We also troubleshoot electrical system issues. Test equipment may be used to measure voltage, current, and resistance. Maintenance electricians must also be conversant with electrical system design and be able to solve faults. They must be able to read blueprints and understand electrical schematics. They collaborate closely with plant maintenance engineers, production supervisors, other electricians, and plant staff.
